LITTLE RED WEDDING BAND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

Please read carefully our terms and conditions document, which will apply to every booking taken by the band, these terms and conditions apply to the hirer.

FEES – Little Red Wedding Band require private clients to pay a deposit when booking entertainment for Weddings, private functions etc. This deposit is normally the equivalent of 15% of the overall fee.

This deposit is non refundable (Little Red will only refund a deposit payment when the engagement has been cancelled by us, in this case, the full deposit will be refunded immediately). Deposits must be received by us before we can issue any contract.

Final Balance – The final balance fee for any private engagement must be received by us on the date of any engagement. Final Balance fees are usually paid in cash on the night, however other payment term may be available on request. The final balance amount is made clear in each contract.

Cancellation - In the unlikely event of the band cancelling the agreement due to injury etc. Little Red Wedding Band will endeavor to offer you an alternative entertainer of similar size, style and cost, if this is unacceptable, Little Red Wedding Band will offer you a full refund. Little Red Wedding Band reserve the right to use replacement members should existing band members suffer illness or injury on the day, or days leading up to the function.

Our contract agreements are designed to offer protection to both the entertainer and the hirer. As a hirer you can request to cancel a contract agreement, however the following charges will apply.

If you Cancel
0-60 Days from engagement 100% of the agreed fee
61-90 Days from engagement 75% of the agreed fee
91-120 Days from engagement 60% of the agreed fee
121-180 Days from engagement 50% of the agreed fee
181 + Days (Deposit Fee Only)

The above cancellation fees are an important part of our agreement and are accepted by the hirer on receipt of our contract. All cancellation fees must be paid within 10 days of cancelling the engagement.

Play Times
The performance time of the band is specified in each contract. Please note that contracted start times are based on the band having access to the performance area approx 1 hour before the contracted start time. Please note that the band are not responsible for hotel overuns and are not obliged to play beyond the contracted finish time

Contracts & Agreements
Every Little Red Wedding Band verbal agreement is formalised with a written contract. This protects both you the client and us the entertainers. On receipt of our contract, the document should be signed and emailed or posted back to us by return.

Business and Corporate Clients
Our business and corporate clients are also subject to our terms and conditions. The only exceptions are. Business or corporate hirer may not have to pay a deposit fee to secure a band.

Business or corporate hirer may not have to pay there final balance before the engagement takes place. In the event of us agreeing with a client to provide an entertainer and subsequently invoice them after the engagement takes place, the hirer must settle our invoice strictly on 28 Days.
